I am interested in hearing about QVMC’s’ experience with the recent Choose Well event. It was an amazing turnout!!! I was happy to see so many familiar faces and felt that the staff was fully engaged. I hope that all enjoy this new website and the new benefits to help us all be healthy!
St. Jude and the System Office are well on their worksite health promotion journey. Mission Hospital will be kicking off their Choose Well program and SJHS Sonoma County hospitals will be soon to follow.
St Joseph Health System is truly leading the way by creating avenues for system employees and their dependents to take charge of their health. Please participate in the health risk assessment, biometrics and health coaching. These tools are for your knowledge and will empower you to make the changes needed and to maintain your good health and of course Be Active!
Research indicates that daily activity provides a wealth of health benefits and overall good feelings…

Queen of the Valley Medical Center employees and their family members turned out in force for the Choose Well event last week. The energy and enthusiasm for participating was infectious with many positive comments and testimonials of success so far in the program since its launch in February. To date, over 68% of QVMC’s eligible employees are currently participating in all or part of the program tools and services.
